What is the meaning behind the name

Zen Remedial and Natural Therapies?

Zen is defined as a total state of focus bringing togetherness of the mind and body.

At Zen Remedial and Natural Therapies we are so much more than

‘just another massage studio’.

We strive on our vision which is to provide a holistic healing approach within massage therapy.

This allows our clients to learn how we understand the body and provide an accurate Massage Therapy Treatment that promotes the benefits in connecting their body and mind to gain an overall wellness within themselves.

Yes, we help your mind and body relax, but we also work with your body to help aid in so much more...

We don’t provide just a ‘quick fix’ we aim to provide awareness on what the long-term health benefits massage can provide.

The results from our growing clientele speak for themselves - they don’t come back due to ongoing issues, they come back because massage works for them and because we offer a large range of different treatments within our home studio.
